ACCV Conferences & Events is pleased to be providing a booking service for delegates and exhibitors. To receive Congress accommodation rates listed below, bookings must be made via the Registration Form and not directly with the Hotels.

Due to hotel restrictions, hotel bookings must be made by 1st October 2009. After this date bookings cannot be guaranteed. Please book early to avoid disappointment. All rates listed are per room, per night and include GST.

All alterations or cancellations are required in writing and must be forwarded to ACCV Conferences & Events via post to Level 7, 71 Queens Road Melbourne 3004. Cancellations made less then 30 days prior to check in date or non arrival will be non refundable. All bookings must be finalised prior to check in to be eligible for congress rates. A detailed itinerary will be forwarded by ACCV Conferences & Events upon booking.
