Nominations for the ACAA National Awards have now closed.
Winners will be announced at the 28th Annual Congress in Melbourne, 15 - 17 November 2009.
ACAA Building Awards 2009
NEW BUILDING AWARD
A new aged care facility built on a Greenfield site or a completely demolished site, which meets one or more of the following criteria:
- Innovative design
- Creative space utilisation
- Innovative application of building materials
- Innovative application of building finish
RENOVATED BUILDING AWARD
The renovation of an existing Aged Care Facility or an existing building which has been converted to an aged care facility that meets current certification requirements and shows some of the following features:
- Innovative application of space within the building footprint
- Creative layout and space utilisation
- Innovative use of building finishes
- Innovative building fabric
- Innovative design
ACAA Employer of Choice Award 2009
This award provides an opportunity for both employers and employees to showcase your aged care facility and to demonstrate to the broader industry what it is that makes your staff/colleagues want to work in aged care and for this aged care provider.
ACAA Excellence in Management Awards 2009
ACAA presents the Excellence in Management Awards 2009.
These awards will highlight superior management skills in the following categories:
CLINICAL
MANAGER
FACILITY / TEAM
